一、适用范围 / Scope

本隐私政策适用于 Bit Call 平台及其关联方提供的所有服务，包括客户端和网站，不适用于第三方服务。
This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Bit Call platform and its affiliates, including the app and website. It does not apply to third-party services.

二、信息收集与使用 / Information Collection and Use

• 注册信息 / Registration Information: 用户邮箱和注册数据 / User email and registration data
• 自动收集信息 / Automatically Collected Information: IP 地址、浏览器信息、访问记录 / IP address, browser information, usage logs
• 使用目的 / Purpose of Use:
  • 账号验证、登录、密码找回 / Account verification, login, password recovery
  • 提供服务或产品信息（需用户同意） / Provide services or product info (with user consent)
  • 采取技术措施保护信息安全 / Security measures including encryption, verification, and unauthorized access prevention

三、信息披露 / Information Disclosure

• 经用户同意 / With user consent
• 法律法规要求 / Required by law
• 保护平台或用户权益 / Protect platform or user rights
• 严重违规行为可能公开披露用户认证信息与违规情况 / Serious violations may disclose user info

四、用户权利 / User Rights

• 查询、修改邮箱注册信息 / View and edit email registration info
• 申请注销账号 / Request account deletion
• 管理已发布内容 / Manage published content (posts, videos, nickname, avatar)
• 举报信息泄露或安全问题 / Report information leakage or security issues

五、信息存储 / Data Storage

• 存储地点 / Location: 新加坡服务器 / Singapore servers
• 存储期限 / Retention: 保留提供服务所必需的期间，账号注销后删除或匿名化处理 / Retained only as necessary for service, deleted or anonymized after account closure

六、儿童保护 / Child Safety

• 坚决反对儿童性虐待与性剥削 / Strictly prohibit CSAE/CSAM
• 内容审核、举报机制、快速处理 / Content review, reporting, and fast handling
• 配合执法机构 / Cooperate with law enforcement if necessary

七、应用权限说明 / App Permissions

Bit Call APP 可能请求以下权限 / The Bit Call APP may request the following permissions:

• 网络权限 / Network Access: 用于账号登录和数据同步 / For account login and data synchronization
• 存储权限 / Storage Access: 用于保存和管理用户上传内容 / For saving and managing user-uploaded content
• 可选权限 / Optional Permissions: 如摄像头、麦克风、位置，仅在功能使用时请求 / Camera, microphone, location are requested only when needed

我们不会在未征得用户许可的情况下访问敏感权限 / We will not access sensitive permissions without user consent.

八、法律适用与最终解释权 / Legal & Final Interpretation

• 适用马来西亚法律 / Governed by Malaysian law
• 争议先协商，不成则提交 Bit Call 住所地法院 / Disputes first via negotiation, then by court in Bit Call jurisdiction
• 无效条款不影响其他条款效力 / Invalid clauses do not affect others
• Bit Call 保留最终解释权和修改权 / Bit Call reserves final interpretation and modification rights
